This is a collection of the mellow, thoughtful, and cinematic works of WhaleHawk. Instrumental, wide open and patiently curated, "My Body Lies Over the Ocean" is meant to inspire the very moment in which it is experienced.

Each of the pieces are commissioned works for modern dance companies in NYC and in Israel. Thanks goes to a.gise & dancers, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance, Chris Ferris & Dancers, Lexy Rose, Jenny Stulberg, Meredith Clinton, Oceane McCord and Katie Chakey.

I wanna thank all of these creators for giving me a chance to collaborate on these projects and it has been a wonderful challenge composing each piece. I hope this EP fosters a sense of purposeful peace and patience and puts some reflection into your ears.
